Retail inquiry:

Buyer only bear for the postage charges.  The postage charges is RM10 for address deliver within Peninsular Malaysia or RM 12 for east Malaysia.
You may order using the following methods:

If you received a damaged condition Packages, please inform us immediately. We will arrange to resend the package to you.

There are two payment options. you can either do a cash deposit into our account or fund transfer via internet banking (Giro)．In order for us to respond as quickly as possible, kindly send your proof of payment to customerservice@proteinexpress.com.my or SMS/ whatsapp to 016-7114115.

Please indicate below information on your proof of payment and send it to ProteinExpress

  • Your Name ( as per information input in our order page)
  • Order ID/ Order Number
  • payment amount
  • Date and time of payment
  • Payment to which bank

Please take note that if the payment method is via e-Banking/ Giro transfer, payment bank  will take 2 to 3 days to credit into our bank account. Therefore we will only send out the item(s) after payment has been cleared.

We cannot give a time when the courier driver will arrive to deliver the parcel. There are so many factors which influence the delivery time such as traffic, delays at a previous stop or a technical problem.

Delivery will take place between business hours, from 08:00 to 18:00. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 p.m and your payment is verified , ProteinExpress will ship on the same day.
  • Packages will be shipped via DHL/ CityLink/ Postlaju. Delivery approximately take 1-5 business days.
  • Please note: No guarantee on delivery time. Due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, insufficient delivery information, strikes, refusal of delivery, etc., a shipment may be delayed.

 

Wholesale inquiry:

Yes, We do engage in wholesale. We also supply to gyms and re-sellers. If you send us an email on the quantities and the brands which you wish to purchase, we will get back to you with further information.

The minimum order quantity is RM 6,000 in your total order.  The order can mix with order brand or flavor, as long as the total order hit the threshold of RM 6,000.
